These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wilver for Congress ("the Campaign," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at wilverforcongress.com (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
Wilver for Congress is a federal political campaign committee. Use of this Site is subject to applicable federal election law, including the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), FEC regulations, and the laws of the State of Georgia.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, including learning about the Campaign, making contributions, signing up for communications, and volunteering. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

All contributions to Wilver for Congress are governed by the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and the regulations of the Federal Election Commission (FEC). By making a contribution, you represent and warrant that:
Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals, corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors, and national banks. Making a false statement in connection with a federal campaign contribution is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 52 U.S.C. § 30121.
Federal law limits individual contributions to $3,300 per election (primary and general are separate elections). Contributions are processed securely through ActBlue. For current contribution limits, visit fec.gov.
Contributions are generally not refunded except as required by law or in cases of processing errors. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us promptly. The Campaign reserves the right to refund any contribution it deems appropriate to return, including contributions that appear to exceed legal limits or originate from prohibited sources.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio clips, and software — is the property of Wilver for Congress or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to supporting the Campaign. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
You may share Campaign content (photos, graphics, statements) on social media and personal platforms for non-commercial political support purposes, provided you do not alter the content or present it in a misleading manner. Use of Campaign materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WILVER FOR CONGRESS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR VOLUNTEERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed $100.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Georgia. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms are also subject to applicable federal election law, including FECA and FEC regulations, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wilver for Congress and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any content you submit to or through the Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
